The CHSPC Green Hornet Club hosted its annual golf tournament in memory of Coach Jimmy Iturralde at the False River Country Club on Sunday, April 23, 2006. The late Coach "I" was an alumnus of CHSPC, as well as a teacher, and a coach of football and softball.
Over 76 golfers attended this great event. At the conclusion of the tournament, attendees were served a complimentary steak dinner. Following the dinner, prizes were awarded.
Thanks to our sponsors and golfers, we were able to raise $18,000.00. These funds will be used to maintain and improve our Athletic Department. A generous scholarship (10% of net profit) will be awarded to a graduating CHSPC student athlete and a donation will be made to the Teachers' Incentive Fund.
