Daryl Patin Named 2010 Distinguished Graduate 02/19/2010 »

Mr. Daryl Patin ('55) is this year's distinguished graduate from Catholic of Pointe Coupee.  Mr. Daryl credits his teachers, especially the Sisters of St. Joseph, with providing the foundation of his education.  "My religious education taught me to share the material gifts I have received from God."  Mr. Daryl chaired the Capital Campaign to fund the CHSPC Endowment Trust, which provides financial assistance to parents who cannot afford to send their children to Catholic school.  He is known for doing things behind the scenes, never wanting acknowledgement.  Known as "the rock" of the family, his wife says, "when anyone needs anything, Daryl is there for them."  Congratulations, Mr. Daryl!
